ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, !date:
Section 1. That Section 1-211 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 bc, aad the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
231. Bondo, Certain City Officers.—Itc City Clerk,
Treasurer, and Chief of Police, before enterK3 upon the
duties of their offices, shall file with the Clerk, i >.. G.
and sufficient bonds with sufficient sureties to be
