Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: Section 1. That Section 1-207 of the Caldwell Code of l > 42 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 622, 635, 100, YYO, 795 and 326,1 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "1-207. Salary of City Clerk.--The salary of the City I Clerk shall be the sum of $325.00 per month, payable monthly in the same manner as other claims against the City are paid.'' Section 2. That Section 1-227 of the Caldwell Code of 1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 622, 627, 62j, 635, 637, 670, 688 700, 722, 770,377, 7 795 and 62b, be, and the same K hereby amended in part to r=ead as follows: "l Salary for Certain Officers.--The salary of the following city officers shall be as follows: CityTreasurer ....................... ........ f300.00 per month. That Section 1-810 of the Caldwell Code of 1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 627, 629, 63y, 670, 638, 722, 777, 795 and 326, be, and the same Is hereby amended to read as �. s follows 0 oil E "i-Q0. Provided that the compensation of the Chief shall be 050.00 per -nonth after one years continuous service in that class- ification and shall increase $lO.00 per month for each year of con- tinuous service thereafter in that clazzification to a maximum of $33o.00. Provided that the compensation of the Captain shall be 0305.00 per month after one years continuous service in that class- ification and shall increase Y'5-00 per month for each year of con- tinuous service thereafter in that classification to a maximum of 5325.00. S 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 la Provided that the corr. of the Lieutenant shall be '295-00 per month after one years continuous service in that class- ification and shall increase 15.00 per month .for each year of con- tinuous service thereafter in that classification to a maximum of $315,00. Provided that the compensation of the Hosemen shall be $250A0 per month aftersix months continuous service in that class- ification; that the compensation of the hosemen after one years continuous service in that classification shall be $260.00 per month and shall increase $5.00 per monthfor each year of continuous service thereafter in that classification to a maximum of $280.00. The salary of part time firemen is to be diminished at the rate of $5.00 for each fire missed and $3.00 for each drill missed. Call men when answerinL; fire calls shall receive ON for responding to the call when called by the officer in chirge of the department and $1.00 per hour or fractional part thereof for time spent in working when called.'' Section 4. That Section 11-104 of the Caldwell Code of 1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 637, 670, 688, 722, 777, 795 and 326, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 2, 21 "11 Salary of Sexton; Living Quarters. --ale salary of the Sexton of the Cemetery of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall be the slim of $310.00 per month, payable monthly. The above salary' shall be full compensation for all services performed by him as such Sexton, provided that if the Mayor and Council so order, the Sexton may be given the privilege of living in the residence on the cemetery ground without rental therefor.'' Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 7. This ordinance shall be in force and shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
