GENERAL IIEVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF TIM
CITY OF CALDkTtLL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 955. BE-

Be it ordained. by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the tax-
able property within the City Lir'fiits of the City of Caldwell, Canyo
County, Idaho, for general revenue purposes for the fiscal year be-
ginninS the lst day of May, 1955, in addition to other taxes here-
tofore levied, the following taxes and assessments, to-wit:
For the General Fund ...................23 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For the Library Fund., ........ * ........ . � mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For Street Lighting Fund ............... 1 mill on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For Fire Department Fund... ...... 2 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For Street Sprinkling, Flushing and
Oiling Fund .......................... 8 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For Recreation Fund .... 0* ....... * ...... 2 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
