AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -102 OF THE CALDWELL CODE OF 1942
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 647,667, 682, 696, 802 AND 823 BY ALTER-
ING AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF "A" RESIDENCE ZONE OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
811 IDAHO:
91 Section 1. That Section 4 -102 of the Caldwell Code of
loll 1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos, 647, 667, 682, 696, 802 and 823,
1111 be amended to read as follows:
12 11 4 -102. 'A' Residence Zone.- -The 'A' Residence Zone
shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell,
13 Idaho, within the following boundaries:
14 Beginning at the point of intersection of Linden
Street and Indiana Avenue (that being the South -

15 corner of Section 27, Township 4 North, Range
3 West of the Boise Meridian in Canyon County,
F 16 Idaho); running thence north along Indiana Avenue
to its intersection with the center line of Maple
17 Street; running thence east along the center line
of Maple Street extended to a point distant 120
181 feet southwest from and at a right angle to the
southwesterly line of Cleveland Boulevard; thence
19 northwesterly parallel with Cleveland Boulevard
to its intersection with the west line of Indiana

11 of Indiana Avenue to its intersection with the
21 southwesterly line of Cleveland Boulevard; running
thence Northeasterly at a right angle Vo Cleveland

of the alley between Arthur Street and Blaine Street

Cleveland Boulevard to its intersection with the

Northeasterly along 21st Avenue to a point 120 feet
25 northeasterly from the point of intersection with
the northeasterly line of Arthur Street and the

Avenue; running thence northeasterly along 18th

westerly along 12th Avenue to its intersection with

Arthur Street to its intersection with 11th Avenue;

its intersection with Blaine Street; running thence

thence southwesterly along Second Avenue to its
Intersection with Everett Street; running thence
southeasterly along Everett Street to its intersec-
tion with 4th Avenue; running thence southwesterly
along 4th Avenue to its intersection with Grant
Street; running thence southeasterly along Grant
Street to its intersection with 12th Avenue; running
thence Northeasterly along 12th Avenue to its
intersection with Fillmore Street; running thence
Southeasterly along Fillmore Street to a point 100
feet Southeasterly from the Southeasterly line of
13th Avenue; running thence south to the point of
intersection with Logan Street; running thence
east along Logan Street to its intersection with
16th Avenue; running thence northeasterly along
16th Avenue to its intersection with Fillmore
Street; running thence southeasterly along Fillmore
Street to its intersection with Ash Street; running
thence east along Ash Street to its intersection
with Ohio Avenue; running thence south along Ohio
Avenue to its intersection with Linden Street;
running thence east along Linden Street to the
point of beginning.
Beginning at the southerly corner of Block 86 of
the Original Townsite of Caldwell, that being the
intersection of 12th Avenue and the northeasterly
line of the right of way of the Oregon Short Line
Railroad; running thence northeasterly along 12th
Avenue to its intersection with Elgin Street; run-
ning thence northwesterly along Elgin Street to
its intersection with 10th Avenue; running thence
northeasterly along 10th Avenue to its intersec-
tion with Galveston Street; running thence north-
westerly along Galveston Street to its intersection
with 5th Avenue; running thence southwesterly along
5th Avenue to its intersection with Chicago Street;
running thence southeasterly along Chicago Street
to its intersection with 6th Avenue; running thence
southwesterly along 6th Avenue to its intersection
with Belmont Street; running thence southeasterly
along Belmont Street to its intersection with 7th
Avenue; running thence northeasterly along 7th
Avenue to its intersection with Denver Street;
running thence southeasterly along Denver Street
to its intersection with 9th Avenue; running thence
southwesterly along 9th Avenue to its intersection
with Albany Street; running thence southeasterly
along Albany Street to its intersection with 11th
Avenue; running thence southwesterly along 11th
Avenue to its intersection with the right of way
of the Oregon Short Line Railroad; running thence
southeasterly along said right of way to the point
of beginning."

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
