AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF AND OWNERS OF PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PRESENTED FOR
THE VACATION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 67 AS NiJMBERFD AND DESIGNATED ON
THE REVISED MAP OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, FILED JULY 29, 1891 AT 3:00
O'CLOCK P.M. AND NOW OF RECORD IN BOOK 1 O PLATS, PAGE 20; PRO-
VIDING FOR FILING OBJECTIONS THERETO AND FOR FILING CLAIMS FOR
DAMAGES SUSTAINED THEREBY; PROVIDING FOR ASCERTAINING SUCH DP24AGES
FOR THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE _CITY OF CALD14ELL:,AND PROVIDING
FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained and established by the Mayor and Council of
10 the City of Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That an application has been presented to the

Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, for the passage and
13
approval of an ordinance vacating the alley in Block 67 as numbered
14
and designated on the revised map of Caldwell, Idaho, filed July 29,

�a. 1391 at 3:00 o'clock P.M. and now of record in Book 1 of Plats, page

a 20, from its intersection with 6th Avenue to its intersection with

7th Avenue, in which application the applicant is the owner of more
18 then ninety per cent of the property abutting and adjacent to said

above described alley.
20 I Section 2. That said application will be considered under

a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read on three
different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell
to be held on the 7th day of March, 1955, at the hour of 8:00 o'clocl
P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Caldwell, when and where or prior to which date any citizen of the
City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the City of Caldwell
may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell written objections
to granting said application or may file any claim for damages
which any such citizen or owner of property may sustain by reason
of the vacation of said street and all claims for damages will be
Jconsidered and ascertained by the Council of the City of Caldwell

meeting.
2 Section 3. notice of the foregoing shall be given to all
3 citizens of and owners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
4 by the publication of this ordinance in The Caldwell News - Tribune,
5 a newspaper published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in at least
6 one issue thereof and commencing with the issue published on
