Section 1. That Section 4-102 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 647, 667, 682, 696 and 802, be

"4-102. 'A( Residence Zone.--The tA Residence Zone
shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, within the following boundaries:
Beginning at the point of intersection of Linden
Street and Indiana Avenue (that being the South-
east corner of Section 27, Township 4 North, Aange
3 West of the Boise seridian in Canyon County,
Idaho); running thence north along Indiana Avenue
to its intersection with the center line of iaple
Street; running thence east along the center line
of Aapie Street extended to a point distant 120
feet southwest from and at a right angle to the
southwesterly line of Cleveland Boulevard; thence
northwesterly parallel with Cleveland Boulevard
to its intersection with the west line of Indiana
Avenue; running thence north along the west line
of Indiana Avenue to its intersection with the
southwesterly line of Cleveland Boulevar& running
thence Northeasterly at a right angle to Cleveland
Boulevard to its intersection with the center line
of the alley between Arthur Street and Maine Street
extended; running thence northwesterly parallel to
Cleveland 3oulevard to its intersection with the
northwesterly line of 21st Avenue; running thence
Kortheasterly along 21st Avenue to a point 120 feet
northeasterly from the point of intersection with
the northeasterly line of Arthur Street and the
