Section 1. That Section 4-10b of the Caldwell Code of

1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 650 and 683, be amended to read
as follows:
"4-106. 4 Industrial Zone. -- The IZI industrial lo=
shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, within the following boundaries:

Beginning at a point on the west line of Paynter

Avenue 660 feet south of the north line of Aven

Street and running thence west and at right angles
to Paynter Avenue a distance of 1980 feet, tnence

northerly and parallel to Faynter Avenue to the

thence easterly on said quarter section line to

way Company, thence southeasterly along the southerly
boundary of said right-of-way of the Oregon Short
Line Railway Company to its intersection with the
center line of 5th Avenue, thence southeasterly
along the center line of 5th Avenue to its inter-
section with the center line of Arthur Street, the
same being the point of 'beginning.

Also beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue
and the northerly line of the Oregon Short Line
right-of-way and running northwesterly along said
line to a point 150 feet nojthwest of the westerly
line of 9th Avenue, thence northeasterly and par-
allel to 9th Avenue to Albany Street, thence South-
easterly alon, Albany Street to 11th Avenue, thence
southwesterly along 11th Avenue to the point of
beginning.
Also beginning at the point of intersection of the
easterly line of 7th Avenue and the alley between
Belmont and Albany Streets and running southeasterly
along said alley 150 feet, thence southwesterly and
parallel to 7th Avenue to the Oregon Short Line
fight-cf-way, thence northwesterly and parallel
to said right-of-way to the northerly line of 2nd
Avenue extended, thence northeasterly along said
line to the alley line extended between Chicago
and Belmont Streets, thence southeasterly along
the said alley to 4th Avenue, thence northeasterly
along 4.th Avenue to the center of Chicago Street;
thence southeasterly along Chicago Street to the
center of 6th Avenue; thence southwesterly along
Uth Avenue to the center of Belmont Street; thence
southeasterly along Belmont Street•to the easterly
line of 7th Avenue, thence south along
said line to the point of beginning.
Also all of ;lock 57 of the Original Toi of
Caldwell, Idaho, as shown on the Revised IMap of
Caldwell, Idaho, on file and of record in the office
of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, in Book
1 of Flats, page 20.

Also commencing at the point of intersection of
the southeasterly line of Fifteenth Avenue and
the northeasterly line of Chicago Street in the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, and running thence
south 46 east on the said northeasterly
line of Chicago Street a distance of 380 feet
to the true point of beginning, run thence
southeasterly on the said northeasterly line
of Chicago 3treet a distance of 122.80 feet,
thence south 63 Last a distance of 99-70
feet, thence south 81 east a distance of
99.70 feet to t8e North line of Franklin Lane,
thence north 43 25 east, and at a right angle
to the northeasterly line of Chicago Street, a
distance of 169.30 feet, thence north 46 west,
and parallel to the northeasterly line of Chicago
Street, a distance of 300.00 feet, thence south
4.3 west, at a right angle to the northeast-
erly line of Chicago Street, a distance of 25b.00
feet to the true point of beginning.It
Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are here-
by repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
