Be it ordained and established by the Mayor and Council
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That an application has been presented to the

Mayor and City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the pas-
13
sage and approval of an ordinance vacating Indiana Avenue and Four-
14
teenth avenue as platted in Hoff Addition No. 1 to the City of
15
Caldwell, Idaho, as to those portions of said avenuesas they cross
16
the right of way for U. S. highway No. 20, said portions of streets
17
to be vacated being described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the section line between
19 Sections 22 and 23, Township 4 North, Range 3 1"'est,
Boise Meridian, which point is approximately 506.3
20 feet South from the East Quarter corner of said
Section 22; thence South along said Section line
21 250-1 feet, more or less, to a point; thence North
61 36t West along a line parallel to and 110.0

22 feet Southwesterly from the Right of -, , , ,,ay Survey line of
the Franklin FI 3021. (3) Highway for a distance of
23 57.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the r','esterly
boundary of 14th Avenue as shown on the official
241 plat of Hoff Addition No. 1 to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, on file and of record in the office of the
25 County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho, thence North-
easterly along the `Westerly boundary of said 14th

a point; thence North along a line parallel to and

Section 2. That said application will be considered
hinder a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read on
three different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of
Caldwell, to be held on the A9 PW day of , 1953, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.1 at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
6 in the City of Caldwell, when and where or prior to which date, any
7 citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the City
8 of Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell written.
9 objections to granting said application or may file any claim for
10 damages which any citizen or owner of property may sustain by reason
ii of the vacation of said street, and all claims for damages will be
12 considered and ascertained by the Council of the City of Caldwell
13 at said meeting.
14 Section 3. Notice of the foregoing shall be given to all
15 citizens of, and olraners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
16 by the publication of this ordinance in the Caldwell hiev)s- Tribune,
1711a newspaper published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in at least
18 one issue th(- :f, and commencing with the issue published on
