OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the 1 and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 4 -201, Paragraph F., of the Cald-

well Code of 1942, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as

follows:

"F. ,'auto Gasoline Stations. -- Filling and oiling Stations
� 14 by special permit of the Board of adjustment after consent of pro-
perty owners has been filed as provided in the case of public gar -
�ma 15 ages, provided that no filling and oiling stations shall have an
a� entrance or exit for motor vehicles within 300 feet of a school, pla
l 16 ground, public libraries, church, hospital, children's and old
people's home and such other similiar public or semi - public instit-
17 utions except upon permission of the Board of Adjustment having been
first obtained and provided that such building conforms to residence
18 style architecture with no more advertising than otherwise permitted
in the Zone.
1911 Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby

repealed.
