AN ORDINANCE IEPEALING SECTION 1 -222 A'ID SECTIOI'; 1 -223 OF THE
CALDWELL CODE CF 1942.
'3e it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 1 -222 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. That :section 1 -223 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
