AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND LEVY OF A TAX FOR
GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CURRENT
EXPENSES OF THE

CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUN1TY, IDAHO, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BE-
GINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1952.

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of

Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho:

Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the tax-
9

able property within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
10
County, Idaho, for general revenue purposes for
the fiscal year be-
11
ginning the lst day of May, 1952, in addition to other taxes hereto -
12
fore levied, the following taxes and assessments, to -wit:

For the General Fund.... .... 6*o..20 mills
on every dollar of

Section 2. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in

force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
