Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: s 0 (y U 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 Section 1. That Section 1 -602 of the Caldwell Code of 1942, as amended by ordinances Nos. 627, 637, 670 688 689, 723 748 and 776 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 11 1 -602. Compensation of appointed and duly constituted members of the Police Department of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.- - That compensation of appointed and duly constituted members of the Police Department of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall be as follows: Chief of Police ....... .......................$346.50 per month. Detective Lieutenant... .... .............0...$300.30 per month. Sergeants of Police. ......o......o.o.......0.277.20 per month. Patrolmen.. . •..o ......................... 5 4,16 per mo nth. Poundmastero..o...... . •.........0............ $231.00 per month. Matron ............... ........................$207.90 per month. Provided that the compensation of Sergeants of Police shall be increased at the rate of '5,®IT; per month for each year of continuous service in that classification until a maximum of $283:76,per month has been reached, which shall be the maximum compensation for Sergeants of Police. Provided further that the compensation of Patrolmen after six months of continuous service in that classification shall be at the rate of $259.33 -per month; that the compensation of Patrolmen after one year of continuous service in that class- ification shall be at the rate of $265.66 per month, which shall be the maximum compensation for that classification." Section 2. The compensation change as provided in this ordinance shall become effective as of and from the first day of May, 1952. Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4.
