AN ORDINANCE AldIENDING SECTION 1 -227 CALD!tjLLL CODE OF 1942 AS AMEN -
DED BY ORDINANCES NO3. 622, 627, 629, 635, 637 670, 688, 700, 722,
770 and 777 OF THE CITY OF CALDIELL RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF
THE ASSISTANT TO CITY ENGINEER AND BUILDING INSPECTOR; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDIEiliNCE TO TAKE EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 1 -227 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 as amended by Ordinances Nos. 622, 627, 629, 635, 637, 670, 68E,
700, 722, 770 and 777, be and the same is hereby amended in part to
read as follows:
11 1 -227. Salary for Certain Officers.- -The salary of th
following city officers shall be as follows:
City Treasurer . . .`: ,)275.00 per month.
Deputy City Treasurer .190.00 per month.
Deputy City Clerk . . . . . . . . . . 3220.00 per month.
City Engineer a per month
from the effective date of this ordinance through the month
of February, 1952; 4557.5 for the month of March only;
$357.50 for each month thereafter.
Assistant to City Engineer . . . . . . . . ..275.00 per month.
Building; Inspector . . . . . . . . 247.50 per month.
Meat Inspector . . . . . . . . . . . . 50.00 per month.tt
Section 2. All salary or compensation changes as
provided in this ordinance shall become effective as of and from
the first day of May, 1951
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and shall
take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
FASSED by the Council this 2nd day of July, 1951.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd day of July, 1951.
