HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7731 2 3 4 5 6 7 8' 9 10 11 12 13 14 0 Oa 15 16 c7 17 U l u 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 BILL NO. __ ORDINANCE NO._ BY COUNCILMAN AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAVIFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION ANY COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, EXCEPTING THE STORAGE OF THE SAPS IN ANY DULY LICENSED BONDED NTAREHOUSE AFTER TIE PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDTJ'ELL, IDAHO: Section 1. The term "person" when used in this ordinance shall mean and include any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other association. Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession within the corporate limits of the City, of Caldwell, any coin operated amusement device except that it be stored in a duly licensed and bonded warehouse. Section 3. Any violation of Section 2 of this ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor and any person so violat- ing Section 2 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $100.00 and /or thirty days in jail. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication. PASSED by the Council this 2nd day of April, 1951. APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd of April, 1951.
