AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAti FOR ANY PERSON WITHIN THE CORPORAT:
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL TO MAINTAIN OR OPERATE AN ELECTRIC
FENCE OF ANY KIND OR NATURE AFTER THE PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUB-
LICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. The term "person" when used in this
ordinance shall mean and include any person, firm, partnership,
corporation or any other association.
Section. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to
maintain or operate or cause to be operated any electric fence or
similar device within the corporate limits of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.
Section 3. Any violation of Section 2 of this ordin-
ance shall constitute a misdemeanor and any person so violating
Section 2 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined not to exceed $100.00 and /or thirty days in
jail.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the Council this 2nd day of April, 1951.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd day of April, 1951.
