BY COUNCILMAN GLAISYER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 -207 OF THE CALDWELL CODE 1942 AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO. 622 635 AND 700 OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK AND AMENDING SECTION
1 -227 OF THE CALDWELL CODE 1942 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO. 622,
627, 629, 635, 637 670, 68$, 700 AND 722 OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL
RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 1 -207 of the Caldwell Code
1942 as amended by Ordinances No. 622, 635 and 700 be, and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
T -207. Salary of City Clerk.- -The salary of the City
Clerk shall be the sum of 275.00 per month, payable monthly in
the same manner as other claims against the City are paid.ve
Section 2. That Section 1 -227 of the Caldwell Code
1942 as amended, by Ordinances No. 622, 627, 629, 635, 637, 670,
6$$, 700, and 722 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
11 1 -227. Salary
for Certain Officers.- -The
salary of
the following City officers
shall be as follows:
City Treasurer- - - - - - -

Deputy City Treasurer- - - -

Section 3. All salary or compensation changes as pro-
vided in this ordinance shall become effective as of and from the
first day of May, 1951.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and shall
take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
