Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
I Caldwell, ldaho:
Section 1. That Section 3 of the Caldwell Code of 1942
as amended by ordinances no. 671 and 676 of the City of Caldwell be
amended to read as follows:

11 3-202. Fees for rermits and Inspection Trips. - Applicants
for construction, repair or remodeling of any building within the
corporate limits of the (;i'u of Caldwell shall pay to the BuildinE-
Inspector, the following fees, based on the following schedule, to-
wit:
For cost of 6300.00 or less - - - - - - - - no charge
For the next - X200.00 of cost or any part
thereof - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 1

For the next of cost or any part

For the inspection of materials, structures or work,
for each hour actually enwaged upon such inspection J2.00
For the inspection of all plumbing installations,
there shall be charged - for the first fixture,
and 500 for each additional fixture.
For each additional installation or trip Yriade necessary
or required on account ofdefective plans and specific-
ations or workmanship or material, the sum of ,,2.00 for
each trip, which sum shall be paid by the person Whose
defective work caused the additional trip or inspection.
??Any person violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion thereof shall be fined in any sum riot exceeding
y lOO.00 and any failure to comply with the terms of this
1 Chapter after conviction for one offense, shall be
deemed a new offense for each day thereafter, and
2 subject the persons so offending to like fine and
penalty.It

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after
4
the passage, approval and publication thereof.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
6
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
