Be it ordained and established by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: Section 1: That an application has been presented to the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage and approval of an ordinance vacating Shaver Avenue from its inter- section with Evans Street to its intersection with the southerly boundary* line of the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company spur right of way, running parallel with and between Evans and Crookham Street as shown upon the plat of the Industrial Site Addition to the City of Caldwell, which portion of Shaver Avenue is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 13 of the Industrial Site Addition to the City of Caldwell; running thence North along the 7.1Test boundary line of Lot 13 to the Northwest corner thereof; thence at right angles West to the Northeast corner of Lot 14 of the Industrial Site Addition to the City of Caldwell; thence running South along the East boundary line of said lot 14 to the Southeast corner thereof; thence at right angles Fast to the point of beginning and in which application the applicant is the owner of all of the property abutting and adjacent to said Shaver Avenue between Evans 29 Street and the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company spur right of way 30 as above described. S1 Section 2. N., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the 4 City of Caldwell, when and where or prior to which date, any citize 5 of the City of Caldwell or any oviner of property in the City of 6 Caldwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell, written 7 objections to the granting of said application, or may file any S claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of property may 9 sustain by reason of the vacation of said portion of Shaver Avenue, 10 and all claims for damages will be considered and ascertained by 11 the Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting. 12 Section 3.
