(AS A1vENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 642, ORDINANCE NO. 649, ORDINANCE NO.
6 655, ORDINANCE NO. 680, and ORDINANCE NO. 697) BY ALTERING AND
CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF "B" RESIDED ?CE ZONE OF THE CITY OF
7 CALDWELL, IDAHO; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND
PROVIDING THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

Section 1. That Section 4 -103 of the Caldwell Code of 1942

be amended to read as follows:

11 4 -103. rBr Residence Gone.- -The IBM Residence Zone shall
13 include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
within the following boundaries:

Beginning at point of intersection of Linden Street

thence north along Ohio Avenue to its intersection with

its intersection with Logan Street; running thence west
on Logan Street a distance of 350 feet; running thence

north to the point of intersection with Fillmore Street;
running thence northwesterly on Fillmore Street to its

intersection with 12th Avenue; running thence southwest-
erly on 12th Avenue to its intersection with Grant Street;

running thence northwesterly on Grant Street to its inter-
section with 4th Avenue; running thence northeasterly

section with the southwesterly line of Mladison Street

Street to its intersection with Boise Avenue; running

tion with Kearney Street; running thence northwesterly
8 on Kearney Street if extended northwesterly, to the

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conClic

11 herewith are hereby repealed„

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
