BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED by the !Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
SECTION I.
That an application that has been presented to
the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho for
the passage and approval of an Ordinance vacating the follow-
ing described portion of Third Avenue in said City of Caldwell,
between the Northeasterly boundary line of Main utreet and
the Southwesterly boundary line of the.right -of -way of the
Oregon Short Line Railroad Company as shown upon the revised
map of Caldwell, Idaho, filed in the office of the Recorder
of Canyon County, Idaho, on July 29, 1891 at 3:00 o'clock
P.A., in Book 1 of Plats at Page 20; which is more parti-
cularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southerly corner of Block 71
as shown on said revised map; running thence.
14ortheasterly along the Southeasterly line of
said Block 71 to the :Easterly corner of said
Block 71; running thence Southeasterly to the
point of intersection with the Northerly corner -
of Block 72 as shown on said revised map; running
thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly
line of said Block 72 to the Westerly corner of
said Block 72; running thence Northwesterly to
the point of beginning.
the applicant, Idaho Egg Producers, being the owner of all
of said block 71, and the applicant, BVestcott oil Company,
being the owner of Lots 1 to 5 inclusive of said Block 72.
SECTION II.
That said Application will be considered under
a suspension of the requirement that an Ordinance be read
on three different days at a meeting of the Council of
the City of Caldwell to be held on the � day of 4 e,. 4 e�,
1950, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., at the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Caldwell; when and
where, or prior to which date, any citizen of the City of
Caldwell or any owner of property in the City of Caldwell
may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell written
objections to granting said application or may file any
claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of property
may sustain by reason of the vacation of said portion of
the said Third Avenue so filed and all claims for damages
will be considered and ascertained by the Council of the
City of Caldwell at said meeting.

SECTION III.
Notice of the foregoing shall be given to all
citizens of, and owners of property in the City of Caldwell,
Idalio by the publication of this Ordinance in The Caldwell
Mews Tribune, a newspaper published in the City of Caldwell,
Idaho in at least one issue thereof and commencing with the
issue published on 1950.
