4 AN ORDINANCE GIVING NOTICE TO ALL CITIZENS OF AND OWNERS OF PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PRESENTED FOR
5 THE VACATION OF THE SOUTHEAST HALF OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 97 OF
STRAHORN ADDITION NO. 1 TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO; PROVIDING,.,,
6 FOR FILING OBJECTIONS THERETO AND FOR FILING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
SUSTAINED THEREBY; PROVIDING FOR ASCERTAINING SUCH DAMAGES FOR THE
7 MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF CALDWELL; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

Be it ordained and established by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:

Section 1. That an application has been presented
to the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho for the pas
13 age and approval of an ordinance vacating the southeast half of the
14 alley in Block 97 of Strahorn Addition No. 1 to the City of Caldwell,
15 Idaho, in which application the applicants are the owners of all of
16 the property abutting and adjacent to the said southeast half of the
17 alley in Block 97 of Strahorn Addition No. 1.
Section 2. That said application will be considered,)
1911under a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read on
20 three different days, at a meeting of the Council of the City of
21 Caldwell to be held on the 7th day of August, 1950, at the hour of
22 8 :00 o +clock P.M., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
23
City of Caldwell, when and where, or prior to which date, any citiz
24
Hof the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the City of
25
dwell may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell written objec-
26 tions to granting said application or may file any claim for damages
27 which any such citizen or owner of property may sustain by reason
28 of the vacation of said street, so filed, and all claims for damages
29 will be considered and ascertained by the Council of the City of
Caldwell at said meeting.
Section 3. Notice of the foregoing shall be given
to all citizens of and owners of property in the City of Caldwell,

daho, by the publication of this ordinance in The Caldwell News -
'ribune, a newspaper published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in at
.east one issue thereof and commencing with the issue published on
. uly 29, 1950.
