Be it ordained and established by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That an application nas been -- resented to the
14ayor and Council of the City of Caldwel-1, Idaho for the pas-sage and
approval of an ordinance vacating Fifteenth Avenue between Chicago
Street and Denver Street, in the City of Caldwell, as platted betweei
Block 61 and Block 64 of Foote's Addition to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, in which application the applicants are the owners of all of
the property abutting and adjacent to said Fifteenth Avenue between
Chicago Street and Denver Street.
Section 2. That said application will be Considered under
a suspension of the requirement that an ordinance be read on three
different days at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell
to be held on the 5th day of DecernLer, 1%9, at the hour of 8:00
o P. at the Council Oha-, in the City Hall in the City
of Caldwell; when and wil:i.ore, or - ,, , , , rior to which date, any citi2en of
the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the City of Caldwel
may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell written objections
to granting said ap - lication or may file any claim for damages which
any such citizen or owner of property may sustain by reason of the
vacation of said street, so filed, and all claims for da-mages will
be considered and ascertained by the Council of the City of Caldwell
at said meeting.
