Section 3. It shall be unlawfal for any person to
operate or cause to be operated TAthin the corporate limits
of the City of Caldwell, any coin operated amusement devices
after midnight December 31, 1
Section L. Any violation of Section 2 of this or-
dinance s-'.all constitute a misdemeanor -,rd any .person so
violating such nrovisions shall be r-unty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof s1lal!l be fined not to exceed F1'100.CO
and or thirty days in the city jail.
