Be it ordained by the Actin�� i and Council of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That Section 2-308 of the Caldwell Code
of 1 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
4t2-308 . Conduct of Place of Business dhere Sold.- -
All places of business where license is granted
under this chapter shall be conducted so as not to
be a menace to the health, -peace, safety, or gen-
eral welfare of the City, or perii'lit customers,
occupants, or Clerics to becori?e loud, tumultuous,
disorderly or create a disturbance. Nor shall
beer be sold by such licensee to any person under
the ale of twenty years, a.nd the L'ayor, City Clerk,
Chief of Folice, or ariv of the officers of the
United States or of the Sta.tQ of Idaho, shall at
all ti,-aes during business hours have the right and
1 of wing upon the premises and taking
samples of beer, or other bevera-es, sold under
t1 chapter and see that the same does not exceed
the alcoholic content as prescribed by this chapter."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and
publication.
