Be it ordained by the Actin�� i and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho: Section 1. That Section 2-308 of the Caldwell Code of 1 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 4t2-308 . Conduct of Place of Business dhere Sold.- - All places of business where license is granted under this chapter shall be conducted so as not to be a menace to the health, -peace, safety, or gen- eral welfare of the City, or perii'lit customers, occupants, or Clerics to becori?e loud, tumultuous, disorderly or create a disturbance.
