Be it ordained by the Actino 1 and Council of
the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for persons to
drink beer or any spiritous or alcoholic liquor within the
corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, except in private
residences, apartments, iotel rooms or places licensed for
the sale of beer or liquor by the drink.
Section 2. Any persoi, violating the terms of this
ordinance, upon conviction t - hereof shall be deemed -uilty of
a aaisdemeanor and punished by a fine not more than V 100.00
and/o• thirty days in jail uf,.)on discretion of the court, end
upon fai-lure to pay a fine shall be imprisoned in the City
Jail at the rate of one day's imprisonment for each x12.00 of
said fine.
