Be it ordained by the "oting QayDr and Council of
the City of Caldoell, Idalo:
Section 1. That all lots purchased prior to "aril
20, 1936, upon which perpetual care under the Caldwell Code
of 1942 has not been purchased, shall be subject to a grave
opening fee of 135.00, Q25.00 of which is to be placed in the
Cemetery Lot lerpetual Care Fund and entitles the said grave
so opened to perpetual care by the City of Caldwell.
Section 2. That all monuments and tombstones on
any lot or grave after the passage of this ordinance shall
be based with granite stone and no monument or tombstone shall
be composed of wood, tin, fabricated stone, or other fabricated
I material unless same approved by the jexton.�
Section 3. That all new portions of the cemetery
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, from and includinE Block 66,
shall be landscaped by the City of Caldwell and Section 11-206
of the Caldwell Code of 1942 shall not apply.
Section 4. "ll ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and
publication.
