Section 7. It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the business of soliciting, as defined by this ordinance, or any person pretending to be a solicitor, to ring the bell or knock at the door of any residence or dwelling bearing the sign 11 _1 , �o Solicitors", or solicit or pretend to solicit in any building wherein or whereon the words "No Solic- itors" or words of similar import are fainted or affixed so as to be exposed to public view. Jection S. Sections 2-617, 2-618 and 2-619, of the Caldwell Code of 1942, in so far as the same apply to solicit- ors are hereby rep!°aled- 3ection 9. Any person violating any of the sectons of this ordinance, u,Jon conviction thereof, shall be deemed f '.
