Section 2-303 of the Caldwell Code of 1942
designates the annual period for beer license to be fro-., the
1st day of July to expire at midnight on the 30th day of June

Section 1. That `jection 2-303 of the Caldwell Code
of 1c42 as amended by Ordinances TTOS

and the same is hereby a to read as follows, to-wit:
11 2-303. License Fees.--The license fee to
be Paid. by xerscns who are the proprietors
of Places of busine, where r1raup-ht beer or
draught and bottled beer is sold to the
customer shall be one hundred and no one-

for the purpose of effecting the amendment of

period for beer licenses, half-year licenses may
be granted. All license fees shall be paid, in

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and
shall take effect from and after its passage, ap,roval, and
publication.
