That an applicatioii has.be.en presented to the Mayor
and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage and
approval of an Ordiriance vacating the following described alley
platted in Boob bl of koote's Addition to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho:
Commencing at the Northerly cornier of Lot 1 of said
Block 61, running; thence Southeasterly along the
Northeasterly line of Lots 1 to 12 inclusive of
said Block Ulto the poiz.t of intersection with
the Southeasterly line of Lot 12 in said Block
61; running thence I ortheasterly to the Southerly
corner of Lot 13 of said Block bl; running thence
Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Lots
13 to 24 inclusive of said Block 61 to the point
of intersection with the 'ssdesterly corner of said
Lot 24; running thence Southwesterly to the point
of beginning
in which application the applicant is the owner of all of said
Block 61 .of Foote's addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
being all of the property abutting; and adjacent to said above
described alley.
That said applidation, to considered under a
