THE CALDVVELL CODE OF 1942 AS AMENDED BY EACH OF ORDINANCES 1403.
622, 627, 629, 635, 637 and 688 OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO,
REI TO THE SALARIES OF CITY TREASURER, DEPUTY CITY CLERK, CITY
v; GINEER, BUILDING INSPECTOR, POUND MASTER AND ME AT INSPECTOR OF
SAID CITY OF CALD')fiELL, IDAHO AND FURTHER AMENDING SECTION 1 -228
CTS' THE CALDV�ELL CODE OF 1942 RELATING TO THE SALARY OF CITY ATTORNEY
OF SAID CI'T'Y OF CALLWELL, IDAHO:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDELL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 1 -104 of the Caldwell Code of
1942, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 1 -104. Salary of Council -- The salary of each Council-
inan shall be the sum of $40.00 per month, payable monthly in
the same manner as other claims against the city are paid."
Section 2, That Section 1 -207 of the Caldwell Code of
1942, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 1 -207. Salary of City Clerk -- The salary of the City Clerk
shall be the satin of 4250.00 per month, payable monthly in the
same manner as other claims against the City are paid."
Section 3. That Section 1 -226 of the Caldwell Code of
1942, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
11 1 -226. Mayor Salar -- The salary of the Mayor shall be
the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00} per month, payable
monthly in the same manner as other claims against the city
are paid."
Section 4, That Section 1 -227 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 as amended by Ordinance No. 622, Ordinance No. 627, Ordinance

No. 629, Ordinance No, 635, Ordinance ho. 637, Ordinance No. 670
and by Ordinance No. 688, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"1 -227. Salary Certain Officers. -- The salary of the follow -

Section 5. That Section 1 -228 of the Caldwell Code of
1942, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1 -228. City Attorney, Salary ®- The salary of the City
Attorney of the City of Caldwell be, and the same is hereby
fixed at the sum of 12500 per month, payable monthly, as
the salaries and compensation for officers of the City
of Caldwell are paid."
Section 6. all salary or compensation changes as provided
in this Ordinance shall become effective as of and from the 1st
day of May, 1947.
Section 7. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 8. This Ordinance shall be in force and shall
take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
