IDAHO :
Section 1. That Section 4-301 of the Caldwell Code of
19Li2, as amended by Ordinance o.636, of the City of Cald
Idaho, be amended to read as follows:
11 4-301. Structures
r,qitted anct Use Limitations.- -
In "B" Residence Zone of the CD�y_ Tf Idaho, all of
the restrictions of the Residence Zone, includinE., the res-
trictions relating to building lines and set -back shall apply
and control, subject to the following exception only cattle,
horses, sheep, rabbits, goats or poultry may be maintained
in "B" Residence Zone, providing any such animals shall not
be maintained 09-kept within a distance of 300 feet of the
boundary line of "E i. Zone where it adjoins the boun-
dary lire of "it" Residence �on.e or "E Industrial Zone; and
providing further that such animals shall be maintained and
kept in buildings and enclosures approved by the Health Offi-
cer of the City of Caldwell, Idaho."
Section 2. All Olrd_l.nances or parts of (rdinances in con-
flict nerewith are kic)reby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and shall
take-effect from and after ts passage, approval and publication.
