Section 1. That Section 4-103 of the Caldwell Code of
1942 be amended to - read as follows:
"4-103. 'B' Hesiaence Zone.--The 1 0 Residence We shall
Include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, idaho,
within the following boundaries:
Beginning at the point of intersection of Linden Street
and Ohio Avenue in the City of Caldwell, Idaho; running
thence north along Ohio Avenue to its intersection with
Ash Street; running thence west on nsh btreet to its
intersection with Fillrore Street; running thence north-
westerly on Fillmore Street to its intersection with 16th
Avenue; running thence southwesterly on 16th Avenue to its
intersection Yjth lomn Street; running thence west on
Lonan 1treet a distence of 35Q feet; running thence north
to the point of intersection with Yillmore street; running
tnence northwesterly on Aillmore .street to its intersec-
tion with 12th "venue; running thence southwesterly on
12th avenue to its intersection with Grant Street; run-

tion with 4th "venue; running thence northeasterly on 4th
Avenue to its intersection with overeat Street; running
thence northwesterly on Everett Street to its intersec-
