Section 1. That Section 4-105 of the Calduell Code of
1942 be amended to read as follows;
11 4-105. ID' Commercial gone.- -The IDI Gornmercial ?,one shall
include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within
the following, boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of 14iin Street and 12th Avenue
in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, running thence southwesterly
along 12th Axenue to the point of intersection with Arthur
6treet,',1, thence northwesterly along Arthur Street to the point
of intersection with 11th, Avenue, thence southwesterly along
11th , ,venue to the point of intersection with Blaine Strget,
thence northwesterly along Blaine Street to 10th Avenue/
thence southwesterly along 10th Avenue to the alley between
Cleveland and I)earborn S �Ireets, thence northwesterly along
said alley to 9th Avenue', thence southwesterly to the alley
