AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OP CALDWELL, IDAHO, ACCEPTIXG AND CQ'XFIRM-
1hG T!C- STREETS AND ALLEYS D? AND CM\ TO CITY ADDITION TO
CALDk',E'LL, Ii"AHO.
WHEREAS, On the 3rd day of September, 1946, the Council
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, accepted and approved the Flat
of City Addition to Caldwell, Idaho; and at that time there was
I written on said Plat the acceptance and approval of said City
Council; and
WHEREAS, In said Plat the streets and alleys thereon
shown were dedicated to the public use forever;
HOW THEREMRE In accordance with the provisions of
Section 49-1142 of the Idaho Code Annotated, 1932 Edition, be it
ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho:
That the dedication by the City of Caldwell, a munici-
pal corporation of the State of Idaho, of.. all streets and alleys
in or contiguous to said City to Caldwell, Idaho, as
filed and of record In the office of the Recorder of Canyon County,
Idaho,. be and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed.
PASSED By the council of the City of Caldwell this 6th
day of October, 1946.
