BE IT ORDAINED BY THE WOR IdID CQUhCIL OF THE CITY OF CALD`J_4ELL,
CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereoy levied upon all the
taxable property within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, Idaho, for.general revenue purposes for the fiscal
year beginning the lst day of May, 1946, in addition to other
taxes heretofore levied, the following taxes and assessments,
to-wit:
For the General Fund:
For the Library Fund:
For the Cemetery Maintenance
Fund:
For Bonds and Interest Fund:
For Street Lighting Fund:
For Fire Department Fund:
For Caldwell Municipal Airport:
20 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
3 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
2 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
2 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
For Street Sprinkling, Flushing
or Oiling Fund:
3 mills on every dollar of
assessed valuation
Section II* That there is hereby levied and assessed
upon certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate limits

Of the City of Caldwell, and within the County of Canyon, State
of Idaho, for the fiscal year beginning iviay 1st 1946, for the
bond and interest funds for the payment of bonds Issued prior to
January 2, 1933, and refunded in 1934 and 1935, five and one-half
mills upon each and every dollar of assessed valuation of
said property, described as follows, t
The East Half (EJ) of the Southeast �ivarter and the
Northwest quarter (NV of the Southeast quarter ( SEA ) ; and

pany's railroad track, of Section Thirty-five (35); the West
Half ('Rwl) of the Southwest �4uarter (SWI) of Section Thirty-

the Northwest quarter (NW the Northwest quarter (NW-
the South Half (S of the Northwest quarter (NWT.) and the

Section IV, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
