IDAHO:
Section 1. ihat Section 4-103 of the Caldwell Code of 1942
be amended to read as follows:
"4-103. 1 0 Residence Zone.--The IBI Residence Zone shall
include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within
the following boundaries;
Beginning at the intersection of 9th Avenue and the alley
between Lverett street and Pillmore Street and running
thence southeasterly to a point 150 feet soutbeast of 14th
Avenue, thence southwesterly and parallel to 14th Avenue to
fillmore Street, thence southeasterly alonS Fillmore Street to
16th Avenue, thence Southwesterly along 16th Avenue to Logan
Street, thence westerly along Logan Street to the alley be-
tween hill Avenue and Oregon Avenue, thence northerly along
said alley to the north line of the southwest Quarter (000
of the northwest Quarter (NA) of Section 27, in Township 4
Korth, Range 3 Test of the Boise Meridian, thence westerly
along said line to the intersection of the southeasterly line
of tenth Avenue with the northeasterly line of Irving Street
extended, thence northwesterly on Irving Street to the alley
between Lake Avenue and Fairview Avenue, thence southerly
along said alley to Logan Street, thence westerly along Logan
Street to riington Avenue, thence southerly along Arlington
Avenue to the south line of Mock 40, Dormant Lake View Addi-
tion, twence nesterly along said line to a point 140 feet west
of himoall lvenue,"thence north and parallel to Timball Avenue
to a point on the north line extended of clock 13, Arlington

Avenue and Paynter avenue, thence west 340 feet, thence
north and parallel with Paynter Avenue to a point 1161*7 feet
south of the north line of the Southeast quarter of Section
21, Township 4 Worth, Range 3 lest of the Boise heridian,
thence East a distance of 340 feet to the intersection of
