WHEREAS, On the 22nd day of April, 1946, G. V . Rosen-
balm and Hazel L. Rosenbalm, husband and wife, executed and de-
livered to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, a 4uitclaim Deed conveying
to said City of Caldwell, Idaho, the following described real
property, to-wit:
All that part of the Southwest 4uarter (SW -) of the Horth-
east quarter of Section Twenty-two (22), Township
Four (4) North, Range Three (3) Vvest of the Boise Meridian
which lies between the extended boundary lines of 7th Street
worth (now known as Galveston Street) Northwesterly of
Wirst Avenue 4vest (now known as 7ta �ivenue) as they are
shown on the official Flat of Devers Addition to-Caldwell,
Idaho, on file and of record in the office of the Recorder
of Canyon County, Idaho;

above described become and remain a part of the street system
of the City of Caldwell, and be dedicated to public use forever,
