Section 1. That Section 3-202 of the Caldwell Code of
1.942 be amended to read as follows:
"3-202. Fees for Permits and Inspection Trips. - Applicants
for building permits shall pay to the Building Inspector.
the following fees, to-wit:
For permits for structures costing
61,000.00 or less - - - - - - - - - - - - - �05.00
For structures costing more than
61,000.00, for each $1,000.00 or fraction
thereof - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - ---
2.00
For the inspection of materials, struo-
tures or work, for each hour actually en-
gaged upon such inspection- 42.00
For the inspection of all plumbing installa-
tions there shall be charged $2.00 for the
first fixture, and 500 for each additional
fixture.
2or each additional installation or trip made necessary
or required on account of defective plans and specifics-
tions or workmanship or material, the sum of �;2.00 for
each trip, which sum shall be paid by the person whose de-
fective work caused the additional trip or inspection.
"Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum not exceeding x100.00 and any
failure to comply with the terms of this Chapter after
conviction for one offense, shall be deemed a new offense
for each day thereafter, and subject the persons so offending
to like fine and penalty."
Section 2. This Ordinance small take effect from and
after the passage, approval and publication thereof.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
