Section 1. The City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall sprinkle,
flush and oil such streets within the boundaries of said city
as may be deemed necessary by the City Council.
Section 2. Thut each year the City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
6ection 4. This ordinance shall become effective on the ele-
venth day after its passage and approval.
