BY COUNCIL KW AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-105 OF THE CALDVELL CODE OF 1942 TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF "D" COMMERCIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALD- IDAHO, BY INCLUDING THEREIN LOTS 13 TO 24 INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK 17 AND LOTS 13 TO 24 INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK 26, AND ALL OF BLOCK 27 OF THE O TOINNSITE OF CAIai: IDAHO; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL-ORDINA1 X-CONFLICT HEREWITH;AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDI14AKCE. BE IT ORDA114ED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE C CALD IDAHO: Section 1. 'hat 6ection 4 -105 of the Caldwell Code of 1942, be amended to read as follows: 11 4-105. IDI Commercial Zone.--The ID Commercial Zone shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of Main Street and 11th Avenue and running thence Southwesterly along 11th Avenue to Blaine Street, thence northwesterly along Blaine Street to 10th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 10th Avenue to the alley between Cleveland and Dearborn Streets, thence northwesterly along said alley to 9th Avenue, thence Southwesterly to the alley between Everett Street and Dearborn Street, thence northwesterly along said alley to the center line of Kimball Avenue, thence northeasterly along the center of Kimball Avenue to the center of Dearborn Street, thence northwest- erly along the center of Dearborn Street to the point of intersection with the center of 5th Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center of 5th Avenue to the Oregon Short Line Right- of-way, thence southeasterly along said right-of-way to 6th Avenue, thence southwesterly along Sth Avenue to Arthur Street, thence southeasterly along Arthur Street to 7th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 7th Avenue to the alley between Arthur Street and Blaine Street, thence southeasterly along said alley to 9th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 9th Avenue to Main Street, thence southeasterly along Main Street to the place of beginning. Also beginning on the northerly line of the Oregon Short Line Right-of-bay at a point 150 feet southeast of the easterly line of 4imball Avenue and running northwesterly along said Oregon Short Line Right-of-Way to a point 150 feet north- west of the westerly line of &imball Avenue, thence north- easterly and parallel to Kimball Avenue to Belmont Street, thence southeasterly along Belmont Street to a point 15Q feet southeast of the westerly line of Kimball Avenue, thence southweaterlF and parallel to Kimball Avenue to the point of beginnings IM 0 46 Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
