AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-102 OF THE CALDWELL CODE OF 1942
TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF "A" RESIDENCE WNE OF THE CITY OF CALD-
WELL, IDAM, BY EXCLUDING THEREFROM LOTS 13 TO 24 INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK
17 AND LOTS 13 TO 24 INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK 26, AND ALL OF BLOCK 27 OF
THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL
OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THI MAYOR AND CITZ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 4-102 of the Caldwell Code of
1942, be amended to read as follows:
"4-102. 'At Residence Zone.--The 'At Residence Zone shall in-
clude all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within
the following boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of 9th Avenue and the alley
between Everett Street and Fillmore Street and running
thence southeasterly along said alley to a point 150 feet
southeast of 14th Avenue, thence southwesterly and para-
llel to 14th Avenue to Fillmore Street, thence southeasterly
along Fillmore Street to the center line of 20th Avenue, thence
southerly along 20th Avenue extended, otherwise known as
College Avenue, to Its intersection with Linden Street,
thence east along the center line of Linden street to Indiana
Avenue, thence northerly along the-'center line of Indiana
Avenue to the center line of Cleveland Boulevard, thence
at right angles with Cleveland Boulevard in a Northeasterly
direction 484 feet to the center line of the alley line
between Blaine Street and Arthur Street extended, thence
northwesterly along said center line of said alley extended
and the center line of said alley to the center line of
11th Avenue,, thence southwesterly along 11th Avenue to
Blaine Street, thence northwesterly along Blaine Street
to 10th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 10th Avenue to
the alley between Cleveland Boulevard and Dearborn Street,
thence northwesterly along said alley to 9th Avenue, thence
southwesterly along 9th Avenue to the alley between Everett
Street and Dearborn Street, thence Northwesterly along said
alley to the center line of Kimball Avenue; thence north-
easterly along the center of Kimball Avenue to—tWeFcenter
of Dearborn Street, thence Northwesterly along the center
of Dearborn Street to the point of intersection with the
center of 5th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 5th Avenue
to the center of the Intersection of 5th Avenue and Arthur
Street, thence along the center line of Arthur Street and
Arthur Street extended to its intersection with the west boun-
dary line of Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Calloway Addition, thence
west and parallel with Aven Street to the west boundary line of
Southeast Quarter (SE of the Northeast Quarter (NEB) of
Section 2l, Township 4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meri-
dian, a distance of 150 feet north of the southwest comer of
said southeast %narter of the northeast quarter (SEI-) (NE') of
said Section 21, thence south along Paynter Avenue extended and

Paynter Avenue to its intersection with let Street and
Dearborn Street, thence along the center line of Dearborn
Street to the center of the intersection of Dearborn Street
and 2nd Avenue, thence Southwesterly along the center line
of 2nd Avenue to its intersection with Everett Street and
Pagnter Avenue, thence southeasterly along the center line
of Everett Street to the center of the intersection of
Everett Street and 4th Avenue, thence southwesterly along
the center line of 4th Avenue to the center of the inter-
section of .4th Avenue and Grant Street, thence Southeast -
erly along the center line of Grant Street to the center
of the intersection of Grant Street and 5th Avenue, thence
southwesterly along the center line of 5th avenue to the
center of the intersection of 5th Avenue and Irving Street,
thence southeasterly along the center of Irving Street to
9th ,Avenue, thence northeasterly along the center of 9th
Avenue to the place of beginning."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
