IN THE CITY OF CALD�` -`ELL, THAT AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PRESENTED
FOR THE VACATION OF T HE FOLLOY'dING DESCRIBED ALLEY: BEGINNING AT
SsDUTHERLY CORNER OF BLACK 95 OF THE ORIGINAL ` Q` OF CALDIELL,
IDAHO, AS SHOWN ON THE REVISED MAP OF CALDuu.E';LL, IDAHO; RUNNING THENCE
SOUTH ESTERLY ON A LINE WHICH IS A CONTINUATION OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY
LINL OF SAID BLOCK 95 A DISTANCE OF 16 FEET; RUNNING THENCE NORTIiWESTa
ERLY ON A. LINE PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID BIACL 95
A DISTAtNCE OF 300 FEET; THENCE hQRTHEASTERLY ON A LINE tNHICH IS A
CONTINUATION OF THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK 95, A DISTANCE
OF 16 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY CORNER OF
SLID BLOCK 95: THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AL&NG THE SOU'THjESTERLY LINE
CH SAID BLOCK. 95 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; PROVIDING FOR FILING
OBJECTIONS THERETO AND FOR FILING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES SUSTAINED ^1HERE0
BY; PROVIDING FOR ASCERTAINING SUCH DAMAGES BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CALDmaELL; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAII ED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
QF THE CITY OF CALDduELL, IDAHO:
SECTION L.
That an application has been presented to the Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the passage and approval
of an Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to -grit:
Beginning a! the southerly corner of Block 95 of the Original
Townsite of Caldwell, Idaho, as shown on the Revised Map of
Caldwell, Idaho, on file and of record in Book 1 of Plats,
page 5, and Book 1 of Plats � page 20 in the office of the
Recorder of Canyon Country, Idaho; running thence southwesterly
on a line which is a continuation of the southeasterly line
of said Block 95, a distance of 16 feet; running thence
northwesterly on a line parallel with the southwesterly line
of said Block 95, a distance of 300 feet; running thence
northeasterly on a line which is a continuation of the north-
westerly line of said Block 95, a distance of 16 feet to the
point of intersection with the westerly corner of said Block
95; runninG thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line
of said Block 95 to the point of beginning,
in which application the applicant is the owner of all of said
Block 95 of the Original Townsite of Caldwell, Idaho.

SECTION II.
That said application will be considered under a sus-
pension of the requirement that an Ordinance be read on three
different nays at a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell
to be held on the day of f9,CC# , 1946, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Caldwell, when and where, or prior to which date, any
citizen of the City of Caldwell or any owner of property in the
City of Caldwell may file tith the Clerk of the City of Caldwell
written objections to granting said application or may file any
claim for damages which any such citizen or owner of property may
sustain by reason of the vacation of said alley, so filed, and
all claims for damages will be considered and ascertained by the
Council of the City of Caldwell at said meeting.
SECTION III.
Notice of the foregoing shall be given to all citizens
of, and ovaners of property in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, by the
publication of this Ordinance in 'The Caldwell mews- Tribune, a news-
paper published in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in at least one .
issue thereof and commencing with the issue published on March
1946.

4th day of March, 1946.
