That said request for vacation of those portions of
be con.,sidered under a sus'oension of the re-
quire tnu.t an Ordinance be read on three different days, at
a meeting of the Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to be
held on the ' 41 rd day of
1946, at the hour of
8:00 o'clock P.1M., at the council chambers in the City Hall in
said City of Caldwell; when End where or prior to which date, any
citizen of the City of Caldvjell or any owner of property in the
City of Gald may file with the Clerk of the City of Caldwell
written objections to the passage and approval of an Ordinance
vacating said portions of said College Avenue, or may file a claim
for damages which any such citizen or owner of property may sus-
tain by reason of' the vacation of said portions of said College
Avenue and all claims for daaianes so filed will be considered and
ascertained by the Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at
said meetin.g.
I Aotice of the foregoing shall be given to all citizens
of and owners of property in the City of Caldwell by publication
of this Ordinance in the Caldwell L+ews-Tribune, a newspaper published
in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, in one issue thereof published on
?ebruary 1946.
