of an Ordinance vacating the following described portions of streets
in said City of Caldwell:

That portion of Hazel Street in the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner
of Block One (1) of College heights Addition to Caldwell,
Idaho, and running thence Last along the South line of said
Block I to the Southeasterly corner of said Block 1; running

thence South to the point of intersection with the North-
easterly corner of Block 5 in College Heights Addition to
Caldwell, Idaho; running thence IPVest along the 11orth line
of said Block 5 to the Northwesterly corner of said Block 5;
running thence North to the point of beginning (that being
the 6outhwesterly corner of said Block I in said College
Heights Addition)
