BE IT ORDAIIAED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDVaFLL, IDAHO: Section 1: That Section 4 -106 of the Caldwell Code of 1942, be amended to read as follows: 11 4- 106. "E Industrial Zone. -- The "E" Industrial Zone shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, within the following boundaries: Beginning at a point on the west line of Paynter Avenue 660 feet south of the north line of Aven Street and running thence west and at right angles to Paynter venue a distance of 1980 feet, thence northerly and parallel to Paynter Avenue to the south line of the Southeast Quarter (BE-10 of the North- west 4uarter (011 of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, thence easterly on said quarter section line to the intersection of the center line of Paynter Avenue, extended, thence southerly along Paynter Avenue 660 feet or less to the place of beginning. Beginning at a point on the west line of Paynter .Avenue 660 feet south of the north line of Aven Street, continuing thence south along the west line of Paynter Avenue to the point of intersection with the south line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast (,uarter of Section 21, Township 4 -1- North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, running thence west along said south line to the point of intersection with the east line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 21, running thence south along said east line to the point of intersection with the south line of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Sec- tion 21, running thence west along said south line to the point of intersection with the west line of the Southeast Quarter of said section 21, running thence North along said west line to a point 660 feet south of the north line of liven Street, running thence east to the point of begin- ning. Also, beginning at the center of the intersection of Ar- thur Street and 5th Avenue, thence westerly on the center line of Arthur Street extended to its point of intersection with the west line of Block 3 of Callaway Addition, thence northeasterly on the westerly boundary line of 2nd Avenue extended to the right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Rail- way Company, thence southeasterly along the southerly boundary of said right -of -way of the Oregon Short Line Railway Com- pany to its intersection with the center line of 5th Avenue, thence southeasterly along the center line of 5th Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Arthur Street, the same being the point of beginning. Also, beginning at the intersection of the south line of the Oregon Short Line Right -of -way and 9th Avenue and run- ning southeasterly along said right-of -way to 18th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 18th Avenue to Main Street, thence along Main Street to 9th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 9th Avenue to the point of beginning. Also, beginning at the intersection of 14th Avenue and the northerly line of the Oregon Short Line Right- of- Way and run- ning northwesterly along said line to 12th Avenue, thence' northeasterly along 12th Avenue to Albany Street, thence southeasterly along Albany Street to 14th Avenue, thence southwesterly to the place of beginning. � Also, beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue and the northerly line of the Oregon Short Line Right -of -way and run= ning northwesterly along said line to a ,point 150 feet north- west of the westerly line of 9th Avenue,- thr�nce northeasterly and parallel. to 9.th Avenue to Albany Street / thence south- easterly along Albany Street to 11th Avenue,,thencs°south- westerly along 11th Avenue to the point of beginning. Section 2, All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3.
