- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MYOR AND CO OF THE CITY OF CALD'�',ELL:
Section 1.- That the whole of blocks numbered tw'o(2),

deworibed by the official plat of said tov�rn, now city, as platted
,and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho,
be and are hereby declared within the fire limits of the said city
of Caldwell.
Section 2.- All buildings hereinafter erected ,r;ithin said
fire limits, shall have their outerm walls and party i'valls made of
brick, stone or cement, and uLich outer 1, for the first story
shall be not less than twelve inches thick; 'a d outer walls
shall extend from the foundation to the top and- t1irough the roof of

from every part of any adjoining building; Rnd the term, building,
shall include all structures.
Section 3.- All buildings hereinafter erected within said
limits over one story in height, shall have scuttle frames and doors

proof material and shall have ladders of stairways leading to same,
and all said ladders and stairways shall be kept so as to be ready
for immediate use at zall times, and all scuttles shall be not - s s
