BE IT ORDAINED BY THE vIAYOR" A_', CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDGELL, IDAHO:
Section 1: That section 4 -103 of the Caldwell Code
of 1942 be amended to read as follows:
4 -103. "B" Residence Zone. -- The "B" Residence Zone
shall include all those parts of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
within the following boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of 9th Avenue and the alley
between Everett Street and Fillmore Street and running
thence southeasterly to a point 150 feet southeast of 14th
Avenue, thence southwesterly and parallel to 14th Avenue
to Fillmore street, thence southeasterly along Fillmore
;street to 16th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 16th
Avenue to Logan Street, thence westerly along Logan Street
to the alley between bill Avenue and Oregon Avenue, thence
northerly along said alley to the north line of the
Southwest 64uarter (SW +) of the Northwest Quarter (NW I) of
Section 27, in Township 4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise
ifieridian, thence i.�esterly along said line to the intersec-
tion of the southwesterly line of tenth avenue with the
northeasterly line of Irving Street extended, thence north -
westerly on Irving Street to the alley between Lake Avenue
and Fairview Avenue, thence southerly along said alley to
Logan Street, thence westerly along Logan Street to
Krlington Avenue, thence southerly along Arlington Avenue
to the south line of Block 40, Dorman's Lake View Addition,
thence westerly along said line to a point 140 feet west
of Kimball Avenue, thence north and parallel to Kimball
Avenue to a point on the north line extended of Block 13,
Arlington Addition, thence easterly along said line to
Paynter Avenue, thence northerly along Paynter Avenue to
Irving Street, thence southeasterly along Irving Street
to 9th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 9th Avenue to
the place of beginning.

Beginning at the center of the intersection of Kimball
Avenue and Paynter Avenue, thence west 340feet, thence
north and parallel yvith Paynter Avenue to a point 340 feet
due west of the center of the intersection of lst Avenue
and Dearborn Street, thence east 340 feet to the center
of the intersection of Paynter Avenue, 1st Avenue and
Dearborn Street, thence southeasterly along the center
line of Dearborn Street to the center of the intersection
of Dearborn Street and 2nd Avenue, thence southwesterly
along the center of 2nd Avenue to the center of the
intersection of 2nd Avenue and Paynter Avenue and Everett
Street, thence Southeasterly along the center line of
Everett Street to the center of the intersection of Everett
Street and 4th Avenue, thence southwesterly along the
center line of 4th avenue to the center of the intersection
of 4th Avenue and Grant Street, thence southeasterly
along the center line of Grant Street to the center of
the intersection of Grant Street and 5th Avenue, thence
southwesterly along the center line of 5th Avenue to the
eenter of the intersection of 5th Avenue and Irving
Street and Paynter Avenue, thence southerly along the
center line of Paynter Avenue to the center of the inter-
section of Kimball Avenue and Paynter, Avenue, being the
point of beginning.
Also beginning at the intersection of 11th Avenue and
Main Street and running thence Southwesterly along 11th
Avenue to the center line of the alley between Arthur Street
and Blaine Street, thence southeasterly along said line
to 21st Avenue, thence northeasterly along 21st avenue to
a point 128 feet northeast of Arthur Street, thence north-
westerly and parallel to Arthur Street to 18th Avenue,
thence northeasterly along 18th Avenue to Main Street,
thence northwesterly along bliain Street to the place of
beginning.
Also beginning at the intersection of 15th Avenue and
Albany :Street and running thence northwesterly along
Albany Street to 12th Avenue,.thence southwesterly along
12th Avenue to the Oregon Short Line Right- of- Way, thence
northwesterly along said right -of -way to 11th Avenue,
thence northeasterly along 11th Avenue to Albany Street,
thence northwesterly along Albany Street to a point 150
feet northwest of 9th Avenue, thence Northwesterly and
parallel to 9th Avenue to Belmont Street, thence north-
westerly along Belmont Street to a point 150 feet north-
west of Kimball Avenue, thence southwest and parallel to
Kimball Avenue to the alley between Albany Street and
Belmont Street, thence northwesterly along said alley to
7th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 7th Avenue to Bel-
mont Street, thence northwesterly along Belmont Street to
4th Avenue, thence northeasterly along 4th Avenue to the
center of the alley between Belmont Street and Chicago
Street, thence northwesterly along the center line of
the alley between Belmont Street and Chicago Street
to its intersection with the center line of Boise
Avenue, thence northeasterly along Boise Avenue to its
intersection with the center line of Denver Street, thence
southeasterly along the center line of Denver Street to
its intersection with the center line of 5th Avenue,
thence northeasterly along the center line of 5th Avenue
to its intersection with the center line of the :State
Highway which is an extension of North Kimball Avenue,

thence south along the center line of the State Highway
to the section line common to Sections 15 and 22 of
Township 4 north, Range 3 West of Boise iireridian, thence
east along said section line to the east boundary line
of the City limits being Indiana Avenue extended, thence
south along the east boundary line of the City limits, or
Indiana Avenue extended, to the southeast corner of said
Section 22, being the center line of what is commonly
known as the '_ Road, thence west along the said
center line of 2ranklin Road to its intersection with the
center line of Chicago atreet, thence northwesterly
along Chicago Street to its intersection with the center
line of 15th Avenue, thence southwesterly along 15th
Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Albany
Street, the place of beginning.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
