By COUNCILMAN Sloop AN ORDINANCE, TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING MONEY in SUCH SUM AWD Sums AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL PROPER EITENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, QJOTHIRWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1945, ?URSUAhT TO THE PRaVISIONS OF SECTION 49-1714, IDAHO CODE ANNOTATED, 1932. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO: Section 1.
