AN ORDINANCE, TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING
MONEY in SUCH SUM AWD Sums AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY
ALL PROPER EITENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO,
QJOTHIRWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE
FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1945, ?URSUAhT TO THE PRaVISIONS OF SECTION
49-1714, IDAHO CODE ANNOTATED, 1932.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
for the fiscal year beginning the first day of May, 1945, the
sum and sums of money, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for
the following purposes, and in the following amounts, to-wit:
For the City hall, including salaries, maintenance

Mayor and Council, including salaries- - - - - - - - $2,400.00
City Clery, including salaries and incidentals - - - $4,900-00
City Treasurer, including salaries and incidentals - 13,000.00

City Attorney, including salary and incidentals- - - $1,000.00

Fire Department, including salaries, maintenance
