Secti 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the City Limits of the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, Idaho, for general revenue purposes for th f'i.sc,al
year beginning the let day of ivlay, 1944, in addition to other
taxes heretofore levied, the following taxes and asf,essr�ents,
to "suit;
a For the
General Sundt
15 mills
on every dollar of
assessed
valuation.
For the
Library Fund:
2 mills
on every dollar of
assessed
valuation.
For the
Cemetery INTainte-
nance:
2 mills
on every dollar of
assessed
valuation.
For Bonds and Interest
Fund: 52 mills on every' dollar of
assessed v aluation -.
Section II. That there is hereby levied and assessed
upon certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate
limits of the City of Caldwell, and within the County of Canyon,
State of Idaho, for the fiscal year May 1st, 1944, for
the bond =' and interest funds for the payment of bonds issued
prior to January 1, 1933, and refunded in 1934 and 1935, five and
one -half (52) mills upon each and every dollar of assessed
valuation of said property, described as follows, to- wit;
The Fast Halt (F. of the Southeast Quarter (SE') and
the Northwest quarter (.NAA ~d) of the Southeast Quar-
ter (5I -) ; and all that portion of the -South Half
(B2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 2) lying South of
the Boise Valley Traction Company's railroad track,
of Section Thirty -five (35)1; the lest Half (vff -• ) of
the Southwest Quarter (SWUJ of. Section, Thirty -five
(35); the East i?alf '(Es) of Section T"nirty -three
(33); the Northwest Quarter (IN?Wfl of the Northwest
.carter (TT7' ); the South Hal -f (S2) of the Northwest
Quarter (TiMfl and the otuth Half (Ss) of. Section
Thirty- four. (34); the Southwest iLluarter (slOF ofu
the Southeast quarter (SEE -) of Section Thir y -five
(35) all'ih'Township Four (4) North of Range Three
(3) West of the Boise P,Ieridian.
Also, the Viest Half (RVs) of Section Twenty -one (21) and
the Northwest Quarter (M..j).of Section Twenty -eight
(28), all in Township Four (4) North, Flange Three
(3) :Nest of the Boise Meridian.
Section III. That there is hereby levied and assessed
upon certain property heretofore excluded from the corporate limits
of the City pf Caldwell, and within the County of Canyon, State
of Idaho, for the fiscal year beginning Wlay 1st, 1944, for the
bond end interest funds for the payment of bonds issued prior to
January 1, 1930, and refunded in 1934, and 1935, five and one-
half (52) mills upon each and every dollar of assessed valuation
of said property described as follows, to -wit:

The Southeast Quarter (sF) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW-D of Section Twenty -eight (28 )., and the south Half
(sQ ' of the Southwest quarter (SWVT) of. the Southeast
Quarter of section Twenty -eight (23), all in
Township Four (4) North. of Range Three (3), West of
the Boise ivieridian.
Sectio I''. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage, ap;;roval and publication.
