OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BECzIVN-
ING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1944, PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 49 -1714, IDAHO CODE ANNOTATED 1932.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE W&YOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALIWELL, CANYON COUNTY,, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of any
mon y in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,
for the fiscal year beginning the first day of May, 1944, the sum
and sums of money, or so much thereof, as may be necessary, for
the ( following purposes, and in the following amounts, _t -o -wit:
For the City Hall, including salaries, maintenance
